Buccament Bay Resort nominated for 3 World Travel Awards 2013: VOTE NOW!

Harlequin Hotels & Resorts is extremely proud to announce that the luxury, all-inclusive Buccament Bay Resort has been nominated for THREE World Travel Awards this year, including “Caribbean’s Leading Resort”!

In 2012, Buccament Bay Resort won two awards, including “Caribbean’s Leading New Resort”, and was later nominated for the prestigious “World’s Leading Resort” as a result.


The WTA awards programme was launched in 1993 and is hailed as ‘the Oscars of the travel industry’ by the global media. The awards acknowledge and recognises excellence in the world travel and tourism industry and is regarded as the very highest achievement that a travel product could hope to receive.

In addition to winning “Caribbean’s Leading New Hotel” for 2012, where Buccament Bay Resort beat the likes of Hotel Riu Palace Bavaro (Dominican Republic) and The Hotel Chocolat (St Lucia), the resort also won “St Vincent & The Grenadines’ Leading Spa Resort” over competitors like Palm Island Resort, Petit St Vincent Resort and Young Island Resort.
