Bucc Bay Cricket Academy awards West Indies signed bat to guest

January 11, 2013

Buccament Bay Resort provided a number of very special festive events for its guests over the Christmas period of 2012. One such event was the very first Harlequin Sports Academy Tournament, which included hitting some balls at the Buccament Bay Resort Cricket Academy with its West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) accredited coaches.

As a wonderful surprise, the generous coaches of Buccament Bay Resort Cricket Academy, former West Indies cricketer Deighton Butler and former Windward Islands player Marvin Small, awarded a cricket bat signed by the West Indies team to a young guest called John for scoring the most runs at the event.

Congrats to John and thanks to Deighton and Marvin for arranging such a great award with the West Indies cricket team.
